Orders & minimum value
Every order must meet the minimum order value of ₸1,199. Orders below the minimum cannot be placed. Availability of items depends on your selected delivery zone.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Discounts are calculated from the original (compare-at) price and shown on the product. Cash on Delivery is the default payment method — you pay when your order arrives.
Stock status
Products marked out of stock stay visible but cannot be added to the cart — instead, you can request a notify-me alert for when they return.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your email address and delivery contact phone number, accurate. A verified email is required for saved addresses, order history and wishlist features.
