Delivery Policy

How delivery works across our service areas, fees and the minimum order value.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to DHA Karachi, Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, PECHS, Bahadurabad, Korangi and Malir. Enter your zone when you start shopping and it stays selected across the site until you change it.

Some products may not be available in every zone — a product only appears for a zone if that product’s zone availability includes it.

Delivery fees

Delivery is a flat ₸100 on every order — the same rate in every zone. Orders with a subtotal of ₸5,000 or more get free delivery automatically, and the cart shows how much more you need to add to unlock it.

Check your zone’s expected delivery window at checkout; orders are delivered same-day across all our zones.

Minimum order

Every order must meet the minimum order value of ₸1,199 before it can be placed. The cart and checkout show how much more you need to add to reach it.
